Medical Director, Neurology Medical Affairs (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Director to lead Neurology Medical Affairs for pan‑regional clinical trials. The role is fully remote and will serve as the Global Lead Medical Monitor, providing therapeutic expertise and supporting the end‑to‑end clinical development process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Global Lead Medical Monitor for assigned trials, delivering therapeutic and protocol training to project teams.
• Provide medical input into study design, protocols, research papers and client‑focused white papers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of therapeutic advances, marketplace developments and relevant literature through internal meetings and conferences.
• Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets and support senior management initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience preparing or reviewing final study reports (CSRs) and other study documentation such as protocols and ISS/ISEs.
• Proven ability to support Business Development activities, including proposal generation, feasibility assessments and contract reviews.
• Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and clinical trial processes.
