Senior Clinical Team Manager – Neuroscience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Team Manager to lead neuroscience studies, ensuring clean, evaluable patient data is delivered on time and within budget. The role combines operational oversight with quality management, supporting both complex and moderate‑complexity projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of assigned neuroscience studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Interpret project data, make business decisions, and maintain profitability by staying within contract scope.
• Develop and maintain clinical tools such as Monitoring Plans, Monitoring Guidelines, and the Master Action Plan.
• Oversee the setup, organization, and quality of the Trial Master File (local and central).
• Participate in the design of CRFs, informed consent templates, and other protocol‑specific documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to prepare client presentations, bid defenses, and hand‑off meetings.
• Lead team meetings, monitor timelines and resources, and ensure timely archiving of study materials.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in neuroscience clinical trials and related therapeutic areas (e.g., ophthalmology, rare diseases, sleep, epilepsy, psychiatry).
• Proven ability to deliver final clinical data within contractual timelines.
• Strong decision‑making skills supported by data analysis.
• Experience managing teams of Clinical Team Managers or similar roles.
