About the role

We are looking for a dedicated mechanic/service advisor to join our workshop and ensure the reliable operation of heavy‑duty vehicles. You will work directly with trucks and other commercial vehicles, providing high‑quality service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain, diagnose and repair heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Identify fault causes and perform necessary repairs.
• Replace and repair vehicle components and systems.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
• Use diagnostic tools and follow Scania service procedures.
• Receive vehicles, gather information on required interventions, and document service orders.
• Communicate with clients about service status and recommendations.
• Coordinate with workshop colleagues and the parts department.
• Track service orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform other tasks that support efficient workshop operations.

Required profile

• Practical experience working with motor vehicles, preferably trucks or other heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Responsible, precise, reliable and able to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Driving licence B is required; licence C is an advantage.
• Motivation to develop technical knowledge further.

Required skills

• Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with Scania service procedures.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy‑duty vehicles.
