About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to lead our production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. You will act as the main point of contact for the shop floor, coordinating activities across shifts and collaborating with other departments to align production with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the work of production staff.
• Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Control product quality, deadlines and overall productivity.
• Resolve operational issues that arise on the shop floor.
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimise work organisation.
• Maintain accurate production records and report key performance indicators to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing people within a production environment.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, autonomy and result‑orientation.
• Ability to analyse production data and make data‑driven decisions.
