Neurovascular Sales Representative – Belgrade

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Neurovascular Sales Representative to join its Neurovascular operating unit in Belgrade. You will provide technical, clinical and educational support to implanting teams, helping them adopt and grow the use of Medtronic’s neurovascular portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality technical assistance to ensure procedural success at customer sites.
• Maintain deep clinical and technical product knowledge and share it with customers.
• Provide education on safe and effective use of Medtronic neurovascular devices.
• Support customers with inventory management, ordering, and returns.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision‑makers and clinical staff.
• Communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, and sales leads to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma with 4+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment.
• Experience selling or supporting interventional neuroradiology, vascular or surgical products.
• Proven track record in medical device sales, especially in the neurovascular space.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time by car and plane.
• Fluent in Serbian and high‑proficiency English.
