Night Receptionist

About the role

Join Hyatt Hotels as a Night Receptionist and be the first point of contact for guests during the overnight hours. You will ensure a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding Hyatt’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑quality service to guests throughout the night shift.
• Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and cashiering duties.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and manage front‑office operations in line with Hyatt standards.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education; hospitality or tourism degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of front‑office experience in a hotel environment.
• Availability for permanent night‑shift work.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong social, organizational, and customer‑relation skills.

• Opera System (hotel property management software)
