Outsourced Services Delivery Associate – French Speaker

About the role

The Outsourced Services Delivery Associate will act as the primary point of contact for supplier‑related queries for NCR Voyix services in France. The role ensures contractual compliance, service‑level performance and cost control while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier contracts, SOWs and SLAs to ensure full compliance.
• Drive day‑to‑day supplier performance, analyse service‑level data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Forecast and control outside spend (>$2 M annually), validate charges and recover costs.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, manage quality actions and oversee SLA/KPI reporting.
• Coordinate supplier audits, handle escalations and support investigations into customer complaints.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of supplier management, contract governance and service‑delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data, manage SLAs/KPIs and resolve complex, cross‑functional issues.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both remotely and in person.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
