Field Service Coordinator II

About the role

NCR Voyix, a global provider of unified commerce platforms for shopping and dining, is hiring a Field Service Coordinator in Belgrade, Serbia. The role supports service operations across the United States and suits candidates with little or no experience, as the company hires based on potential. Shifts are 2nd and 3rd.

Key responsibilities

• Review service requests and understand what needs to be done
• Assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules and urgency
• Prioritize customer needs and balance workloads
• Coordinate locations, schedules and technician availability
• Check part availability and source parts from different locations
• Track estimated arrival times and ensure updates are accurate
• Communicate with teams across the U.S. by phone, email and chat
• Document updates and actions in the system
• Support escalation management and older service requests
• Share ideas and feedback to improve processes, and take part in training sessions
