About the role
Goldair Handling is seeking Passenger Service Agents for Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport. No prior airport experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Passenger and baggage check‑in at counters
- Overweight and service charge handling
- Travel document and ID verification
- Aircraft arrivals service and passenger escorts
- Gate exit coordination and lost‑and‑found assistance
Required profile
- High school diploma
- English at B2 level (First Certificate or equivalent)
- Second foreign language desirable
- Previous customer‑service experience preferred
- Basic computer familiarity
