Patient Concierge Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Concierge Coordinator supports clinical trial participants by managing travel logistics, reimbursements, and access to digital platforms. Working closely with project managers and internal teams, the role ensures a smooth and compassionate experience for patients and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements (flight, train, accommodation, ground transport) and process reimbursement requests in line with study policies.
• Validate patient enrollment data, approve access to platforms such as PatientGO®, and serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries via app, email, or phone.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update patient records, and manage payment cards or stipends as required.
• Support project setup tasks including mailbox creation, portal access, SharePoint folder configuration, and preparation of study-specific documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential patient information in compliance with GCP and data protection regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, caregivers, clinical sites, and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint for document management.
• Familiarity with digital patient platforms such as PatientGO®.
