Pedestrian Data Collector (Walk Coordinator)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Pedestrian Data Collectors. In this role you will walk through assigned stations, capture visual data using a provided iPhone and gimbal, and ensure all areas are surveyed within a short time window.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the supplied equipment – iPhone, gimbal, portable charger and backpack – during field surveys.
• Follow the collection policy to capture all required areas of each station within approximately 25‑minute intervals.
• Wear the provided branding credentials and visible identification while on site.
• Adhere to physical security protocols and obtain any necessary permissions.
• Travel and stay away from home for extended periods as the program requires.

Required profile

• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to be hired and onboarded at least one week before the program start.
• Polite, courteous demeanor and comfort with public interactions.
• Willingness to pass strategic knowledge checks before participation.

Required skills

• Experience using iOS devices and basic troubleshooting of iPhone issues.
