Roadside Assistant

About the role

HMD Trucking Inc., a fast‑growing trucking company with over 500 power units, is seeking a Roadside Assistant to join its Belgrade office. The role supports drivers on the road, coordinates breakdown assistance, and handles administrative tasks for the US‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry and manage daily phone and email communications.
• Respond to incoming calls, schedule repairs, and guide drivers through breakdown procedures.
• Coordinate on‑the‑road assistance with vendors across the United States.
• Provide coverage for colleagues and undertake various support functions as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with tractor‑trailer and semi‑mechanical functions.
• At least 2 years of maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong adherence to instructions and delivery of quality results.
