About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Avedo centre in Novi Sad. The position can be full‑time or part‑time (minimum 30 hours per week) and involves handling inbound calls and written inquiries from German‑language customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to written customer queries in German.
• Provide proactive product, tariff and pricing consultations.
• Negotiate tariff changes, optimise contracts and promote new products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on calls.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken German.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of phone interaction.
• Basic understanding of customer retention and sales concepts.
• Resident of Novi Sad or willing to commute.

Required skills

• Proficient use of PC applications, e.g., MS Office.
