Process Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Department ensures the highest standards of product and process quality for the E‑Axle production area. Working closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and Suppliers, the Process Quality Engineer drives continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee product and process quality in line with customer requirements, internal standards and IATF 16949.
• Monitor and control quality throughout the manufacturing of axle components and finished products.
• Analyse and resolve internal and external complaints using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and other quality tools.
• Coordinate root‑cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute activities defined in Control Plans and ensure compliance with all quality control requirements.
• Track key quality indicators such as PPM, scrap, rework, cost of poor quality, Cpk and Cmk.
• Participate in PFMEA, update Control Plans and prepare work instructions.
• Support internal, external and customer audits and drive corrective actions.
• Lead containment, product sorting and continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean methods.
• Prepare quality reports and present results to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or Quality Management.
• Preferable experience in automotive quality assurance.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving approach and teamwork orientation.
