Project Manager - Global Clinical Supplies

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for clinical trials across the EMEA region. You will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study‑specific supply plans for each assigned project.
• Coordinate with internal teams, provide risk assessments, and update project reports.
• Integrate all clinical supplies activities into the overall supply chain while ensuring GxP compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training on new regulations and represent the department in internal and external meetings.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance existing tools, and support bidding or bid‑defense activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trial or drug development supply operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical supply logistics and GxP requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
