Provider Manager

About the role

We are the leading lead marketplace in the USA, connecting businesses with high‑quality leads. As a Provider Manager you will own the performance of our provider network – the core supply engine that fuels revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full provider lifecycle: source, onboard, monitor performance, and offboard providers without handoffs.
• Track daily metrics such as lead quality, volume, conversion, and refund rates; intervene proactively before revenue impact.
• Identify quality or delivery issues early, present evidence, and drive resolution.
• Push providers to improve output, terminate under‑performers, and continuously expand the provider pipeline.
• Reduce concentration risk by diversifying the network and negotiating terms, payouts, and SLAs aligned with marketplace goals.
• Collaborate with client‑facing, product, and operations teams to match provider output with demand.
• Monitor competitor supply moves and anticipate provider poaching.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or performance‑based relationships with revenue at stake.
• Proven ability to hold external partners accountable to strict quality and delivery standards.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding partners end‑to‑end.
• Data‑driven decision making using performance dashboards.
• Highly organized – capable of handling 50+ active provider relationships simultaneously.
• Fluent English (C1+) with clear, concise communication.
• AI‑first mindset to amplify sourcing, monitoring, and communication efficiency.
• Strong ownership and decisive action in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
