Renewals Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Belgrade‑based Renewals Account Manager to join our global Renewal Sales team. You will work with academic and government customers, driving renewal revenue and strengthening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address specific needs, and provide advanced support.
• Leverage product knowledge to highlight value‑added solutions that meet customer requirements and drive renewal sales.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts through strategic communication and exceptional service.
• Develop and execute renewal sales plans and contribute to broader sales strategies.
• Create, update, and analyse reports on subscription activity, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of product offerings and market trends to improve renewal effectiveness.
• Achieve sales and renewal targets while providing accurate forecasts and insights to leadership.
• Utilise and optimise sales tools and technologies to improve processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in academic or government contexts is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
