Revenue Growth Lead – Remote

With over 100,000 students and 4,500 teachers, Novakid is a leading language learning platform for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia. We serve children across Europe and Asia, delivering language learning through engaging online courses.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑sell and upsell revenue initiatives
• Design and execute CRM campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle monetization
• Manage add‑on sales through the Parent Area and other customer touchpoints
• Develop offer, bundle, pricing and promotion experiments
• Collaborate with Product to improve purchase journeys and conversion rates
• Work with Content to adapt or create products that customers are willing to buy
• Establish sales processes that support monetization opportunities
• Monitor revenue, conversion, ARPU and experiment performance

Required profile

• Proven experience growing upsell, cross‑sell or existing‑customer revenue
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue, funnel, conversion and ARPU
• Strong expertise in CRM and lifecycle monetization
• Ability to work effectively with Product, Content and Sales teams
• Quick testing, measurement and scaling of successful initiatives
• Leadership potential to build teams and processes
