Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience in a store environment while driving sales through product knowledge and effective selling techniques. You will represent the brand, keep the shop tidy, and ensure visual standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, greet customers and address their needs.
• Build lasting relationships, cross‑sell and upsell products, and provide thorough product awareness.
• Keep the shop clean, organized and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
• Stay informed on all product releases, promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with stock receipt, replenishment and merchandise processing.
• Identify security risks, handle theft situations promptly and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
• Adhere to all store policies, especially those related to payments, exchanges and security.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certificates and enroll in training portals.
• Collect customer feedback, resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
