SAP Basis Administrator – L2 24x7 Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to provide L2 operational support for SAP ABAP and Java landscapes across development, test, training and production environments within a 24x7 shift model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP ABAP and Java systems, monitor availability, performance and stability.
• Administer SAP Basis tasks such as transport management, job scheduling, printer administration and client copies.
• Manage SAP Change and Transport System (CTS) and execute upgrades, support packages, kernel updates and system lifecycle activities.
• Configure and maintain SAP Web Dispatcher, SSL, Single Sign-On and certificate management.
• Administer SAP HANA databases – installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Handle incidents, problem analysis and root‑cause resolution using ServiceNow and SPC, and participate in customer bridge calls.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in SAP Basis administration and operational support for both ABAP and Java environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system monitoring, transport management, job scheduling and client copy processes.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning and backup/recovery.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotating three‑shift schedule and communicate effectively with customers.
