SAP Basis Administrator – L2 Support (24x7 Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to provide L2 operational support for SAP ABAP and Java landscapes across development, test, training and production environments. The role operates within a 24 × 7 service model organized in three rotating shifts, requiring flexibility to work according to the agreed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 support for SAP systems, monitor availability, performance and capacity, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Administer SAP Basis tasks such as transport management, job scheduling, printer administration, client copies and SAP Web Dispatcher.
• Manage SAP HANA databases – installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery and security.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, support‑package implementations, kernel updates and other lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in bridge calls and document technical procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in SAP Basis administration for both ABAP and Java environments.
• Proven ability to support SAP landscapes across development, test, training and production.
• Strong analytical and root‑cause analysis skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to work in a 24 × 7 rotating three‑shift schedule.
