Senior Account Manager – Cyber Protection Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Account Manager to drive new‑business growth and expand existing relationships for Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection. The role combines prospecting, lead conversion, account expansion and renewal responsibilities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with prospective customers.
• Own inbound and outbound leads, creating additional pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline from initial engagement through negotiation and closure.
• Build relationships with end‑customers, distributors and channel partners to uncover growth opportunities.
• Upsell, cross‑sell and expand the existing customer base across the Acronis portfolio.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring retention, renewals and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, channel partners and sales management to accelerate deal closure.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide reliable forecasts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals or account management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models.
• Highly organized, self‑driven and detail‑oriented.
