Senior Affiliate Platform Operations Manager

About the role

As Senior Affiliate Platform Operations Manager you will own the day‑to‑day operational management of AffiliReach, Better Collective’s sub‑affiliate platform. You will ensure publishers, advertisers, campaigns and platform configurations are accurate, reliable and ready to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily operations of the AffiliReach platform, including setup and maintenance of publisher and advertiser accounts, campaigns, brands and deals.
• Configure commission structures, tracking links, deeplinks and campaign settings based on commercial agreements.
• Support onboarding of new publishers and brands, manage user access and act as the main internal point of contact for platform questions.
• Test, monitor and troubleshoot tracking across internal and external affiliate tracking tools.
• Manage publisher bonuses, promotions and ensure accurate reflection in the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, BI/Data and technical teams to resolve data and tracking issues.

Required profile

• Experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing or similar digital environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Comfortable working independently and coordinating across multiple teams.
• Good communication skills and willingness to use AI and automation to improve efficiency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms or tracking systems such as Income Access, MyAffiliates or Cellxpert.
• Experience creating and managing tracking links and deeplinks.
• Understanding of various commission models (CPA, revenue share, hybrid, fixed‑fee).
• QA/testing of digital platforms and documenting operational processes.
