Senior AI Analyst

About the role

Improvado is looking for a Senior AI Analyst to join its Transformation Team. The role focuses on delivering complex client implementations, building AI‑driven analytics workflows, and ensuring high‑quality data transformations for marketing intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution and DataPrep for complex client accounts.
• Design, build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting and modern data‑stack technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, handling client‑facing escalations when needed.
• Identify and replace manual processes with scalable AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, BI and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements.
• Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding) to automate analytics or data workflows.
• Strong product ownership mindset with ability to take problems end‑to‑end.
• Excellent SQL skills; experience with dbt or similar transformation tooling is strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines on platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or ClickHouse.
• Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues.
• Availability to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
