Data Analytics Team Lead

About the role

Incode is seeking a senior Data Analytics Team Lead to join the Document Intelligence group, which powers industry‑leading document processing for identity verification. You will own the analytics function end‑to‑end, combining hands‑on data work with people management to make product quality visible and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a small analytics team: set roadmap, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and participate in hiring.
• Write and maintain SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling.
• Design and expand the metric tree that measures product quality across the document‑processing pipeline.
• Create reporting dashboards and visualisations that surface weak points and guide product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and machine‑learning teams to ensure analytics informs development priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hands‑on data analyst with leadership responsibilities.
• Track record of building and scaling analytics teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong understanding of data quality measurement and metric development.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and drive a data‑first culture.
