Senior Cabinet Vision Specialist – Millwork & Cabinetry

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cabinet Vision specialist to lead the design and programming of custom millwork and cabinetry projects. The role is fully remote and requires independent decision‑making while supporting the technical growth of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and model cabinet and millwork projects in Cabinet Vision, from drawings to production output.
• Create shop drawings, cut lists, material reports, and other shop documentation.
• Prepare and optimise CNC output and nesting files.
• Set up and manage libraries, standards, templates, and construction methods.
• Identify and resolve technical design and manufacturing issues before they reach the workshop.
• Collaborate with project and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with Cabinet Vision.
• Extensive background in cabinet and millwork design and fabrication.
• Solid understanding of workshop processes, materials and hardware.
• Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail and solve problems without supervision.
• Advanced English for communication with a North American team.
• Availability to work full‑time during Eastern Time (ET) hours.
