Senior Campaign and Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to own campaign strategy and execution across our multi‑channel, multi‑platform marketing operations. The role blends strategic planning, technical implementation, and direct execution, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to present and defend budgets to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build multi‑channel, multi‑platform campaign plans from scratch, defining audience, budget, channel mix and creative direction.
• Execute performance campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and manage ongoing optimisation.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, attribution) and contribute to data‑warehouse reporting.
• Run A/B tests, allocate budgets and continuously optimise performance.
• Adapt campaigns for international markets, covering both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Produce basic ad creatives independently using tools like Canva, CapCut or Figma.
• Collaborate with design, CRM, website, PR, events and student recruitment teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing or campaign management experience, preferably with agency background.
• Hands‑on technical expertise in managing platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and setting up tracking.
• Experience running international campaigns across multiple countries and working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward execution over pure concept.
