Senior Campaign and Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to own campaign strategy and execution across our multi‑channel, multi‑platform marketing operations. The role blends strategic planning, technical implementation and day‑to‑day execution, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to present and defend budgets to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build multi‑channel, multi‑platform campaign plans from audience definition to budget allocation and creative direction.
• Execute performance campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, running A/B tests and continuous optimisation.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, attribution) and contribute to data‑warehouse reporting.
• Own reporting dashboards, translate data into actionable recommendations and manage budget allocation.
• Produce basic ad creatives independently using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Figma.
• Collaborate with design, CRM, website, PR, events and student recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing or campaign management experience, preferably with agency background.
• Hands‑on technical expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience running international campaigns across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong analytical mindset, execution‑oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in fast‑moving teams.
• Basic creative production skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma) and a self‑driven learning attitude.
