Senior Data Analyst – Total Rewards

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst (Total Rewards) will lead governance, administration, and continuous improvement of NCR Voyix’s global compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Global Compensation, the role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal and regional teams to ensure consistent, compliant program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance and oversight of global compensation programs, maintaining documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Administer and track global allowance programs, ensuring policy adherence and proper approvals.
• Manage the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) – eligibility, enrollment, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with short‑term incentive (STI) plan administration, data validation, and reporting.
• Play a central role in the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
• Perform analytics on compensation trends, develop dashboards, and provide insights for program improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field.
• 4–7+ years of compensation experience, preferably with global exposure.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
