Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

NCR Voyix, a global platform-powered leader in unified commerce for shopping and dining, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its team in Belgrade (office-based). You will help identify, engage and recruit qualified candidates for roles in the EMEA and NAMER regions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and skills needed for each role.
• Develop and run sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Use job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events to find potential candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical and cultural requirements, and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a network of candidates for future opportunities and give clear updates throughout the process.
• Share insights and best practices with the wider Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in fast-paced international recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the technical skills needed for Help Desk, Sales and Corporate positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle several requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the NAMER and EMEA regions is a plus.
