Senior Digital Marketing Manager – AI‑Savvy (Remote)

About the role

PEXLY is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager who is commercially minded and AI‑savvy. You will own the end‑to‑end B2B lead‑generation engine, driving qualified traffic, conversion, and pipeline growth for our human‑led, AI‑powered support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute PEXLY’s B2B marketing and demand‑generation strategy.
• Build and continuously optimise the full funnel—from awareness to sales‑qualified leads.
• Test new channels, campaigns, tools and approaches to boost qualified lead volume.
• Identify and implement AI tools, agents and automation platforms for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Optimise the website and SEO strategy, creating conversion‑focused landing pages.
• Produce thought‑leadership content (blogs, case studies, customer stories) and measure its impact on pipeline.
• Manage LinkedIn and other social channels, executing targeted outreach to decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable working remotely as an independent contractor.
• Ability to integrate AI throughout research, content creation, campaign management and analytics.
