Senior GTM Analytics Engineer – AI & Pipelines

About the role

The GTM Solutions & Governance team needs a senior engineer to create generative AI applications, automated pipelines, and agentic solutions that improve revenue operations. You will own data pipeline development, AI architecture, and internal Databricks initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Agentic Customer Data Platform capabilities for intelligent identity resolution and data enrichment.
• Design and implement LLM‑powered systems and internal agents to automate KPI root‑cause analysis and generate business insights.
• Build and maintain complex data pipelines that process both structured and unstructured data for the GTM data estate.
• Integrate GTM data flows across systems such as Salesforce, Xactly and 6sense to ensure a unified architecture.

Required profile

• Strong background in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics within B2B SaaS and revenue operations.
• Proven experience delivering AI, machine‑learning or generative‑AI solutions at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and RevOps leaders.

Required skills

• Python programming.
