Senior Marketing Manager – CRO Experience Required

About the role

Precision for Medicine is seeking a senior‑level marketing leader to drive strategic initiatives for its expanding Autoimmune therapeutic area and core CRO portfolio. The role combines service messaging, integrated campaign design, lead generation, and sales enablement to accelerate market awareness and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic marketing plans for Autoimmune, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
• Create messaging frameworks (Feature/Advantage/Benefit) with proof points to strengthen market positioning.
• Design and execute omni‑channel digital campaigns, including blogs, website content, SEM, SEO, AI‑driven search, and social media.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, medical, and scientific teams to generate qualified leads and support sales targets.
• Produce sales enablement tools and content assets that empower the sales force.
• Identify target client profiles in partnership with lead generation and inside‑sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within CRO, life‑science, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to translate global strategy into tactical execution.
• Demonstrated success in building and launching integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear, differentiated messaging.
