Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to act as the primary contact for a large pharmaceutical client, building trusted relationships and driving marketing excellence across multiple EU markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including sales aids, congress support items and non‑personal selling assets.
• Manage complex internal stakeholder groups across creative, medical and account teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of marketing initiatives across the partnership.
• Support the integration of AI‑driven approaches to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
• Navigate a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Required profile

• ~5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a healthcare communications agency.
• Proven experience working with pharmaceutical clients or within a pharma organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and client‑facing.
• Experience delivering marketing materials within regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Desirable experience across EU or multi‑market campaigns and knowledge of the anti‑infectives therapeutic area.
