Senior Professional Quality Management (GCP Experience Required)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Professional Quality Management specialist to support Clinical Monitoring teams and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and related standards. The role involves quality analysis, investigation, reporting and administration across clinical departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Monitoring teams during sponsor site audits, performing quality checks on training documentation, TMF and study documents.
• Assist during audits and inspections, conduct root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and verify effectiveness.
• Provide quality consultancy for Quality Management and Operations, reviewing controlled documents for alignment with company standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, lead medium‑scale quality management projects and ensure timelines meet customer and company requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Experience with GCP, and preferably GLP or GMP.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
