Senior Quality Management Professional (GCP Experience Required)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a senior professional to support Clinical Monitoring teams and drive quality initiatives across its clinical operations. The role involves analysis, investigation, reporting and administration related to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and related standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Monitoring teams during sponsor site audits, performing quality checks on training documentation, TMF and study documents.
• Assist during audits and inspections, conduct root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions, and perform effectiveness checks.
• Provide quality consultancy for operations, review controlled documents for alignment with company standards, and advise QA auditors and operational staff.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, lead medium‑scale quality management projects, and ensure commitments meet Syneos Health and customer requirements.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in science, healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Experience with GCP, GLP and/or GMP practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
