Senior Salesforce Project Manager (F/M/X)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale Salesforce implementation and digital transformation programmes for an international NGO. You will coordinate cross‑functional, multinational teams and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation projects, from planning to rollout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks and communications.
• Manage multiple business and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with change‑management and operational activities.
• Lead governance meetings, vendor reviews, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Oversee external vendors and implementation partners, negotiating statements of work, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release planning and deployment across shared Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps and release management teams.
• Maintain PMO documentation, risk registers and budget tracking while reporting status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of senior project or programme management experience, preferably with Salesforce deliveries.
• Proven track record of managing large, multi‑workstream Salesforce transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, implementation lifecycle and integration patterns.
• Experience handling international, on‑site, near‑shore and offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior and executive levels.
