Senior SEO/GEO Strategist

About the role

The Senior SEO/GEO Strategist will design and execute advanced organic search strategies for multiple client brands, driving growth in visibility, qualified traffic, and revenue. This role works across SaaS, ecommerce, and multi‑location service businesses, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO/GEO strategies that meet client campaign objectives.
• Conduct advanced keyword and intent research to uncover high‑value opportunities.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including crawl optimization, indexation, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Plan and manage complex website migrations, domain changes, and platform restructures while minimizing traffic loss.
• Create scalable content strategies, guide content teams on search intent, topic clusters, and structured content frameworks.
• Oversee authority‑building tactics such as digital PR, link acquisition, citations, and third‑party visibility.
• Analyze performance data, produce actionable recommendations, and maintain regular client communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO strategy experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale SEO initiatives, including website migrations.
• Highly organized with strong proactive communication and project‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level or higher) and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to design and document new processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and structured‑data tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with project‑management platforms such as Asana.
