Senior User Acquisition Manager (Remote)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for its mobile apps. This remote, full‑time position will focus on driving growth across global markets while collaborating with creative, product and partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and continuously optimise advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads and other platforms.
• Manage budgets to meet product and performance targets.
• Design and run A/B tests, iterating quickly on multiple hypotheses.
• Monitor key product metrics and evaluate campaign performance.
• Collaborate on ad creative concepts and prepare briefs for the creative team.
• Work closely with partners, creative, and product teams to align acquisition strategies.
• Analyse user acquisition funnels and optimise for key in‑app events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mobile app advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.
• Successful track record managing acquisition funnels and achieving growth goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
