Senior Google Ads Specialist – International E‑Commerce (Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to own the performance of one of our e‑commerce brands across multiple international markets. You will work inside a fast‑growing, multi‑brand group with significant budgets and direct impact on revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of Google Ads performance for an e‑commerce brand across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other campaign types.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets and audience segments.
• Analyse campaign data, turn insights into actionable recommendations and conduct regular account audits.
• Collaborate with developers, analytics, creative and content teams to ensure accurate tracking and effective landing pages.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform developments, AI‑driven features and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for an e‑commerce business.
• In‑house experience (not agency) with direct responsibility for performance and profitability.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large data sets and extracting insights.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment with changing priorities.
• Ready to start immediately (ASAP).
