SEO Specialist (On-Page SEO)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced On‑Page SEO Specialist to lead advanced SEO and AI‑search optimization campaigns for clients in healthcare, home services, and the charitable sector. You will work closely with SEO strategists, content writers, and developers to boost relevance, authority, usability, and search performance of client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full on‑page SEO process from research and planning to implementation, QA, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze keyword opportunities, search intent, competitor pages, and content gaps to pinpoint high‑impact optimizations.
• Create detailed content briefs and review content for accuracy, intent alignment, topical depth, and SEO best practices.
• Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure, and content organization.
• Validate technical SEO elements such as indexing, canonicalization, structured data, and crawlability.
• Implement updates in WordPress or coordinate with writers and developers to ensure precise execution.
• Track performance using SEO tools and recommend ongoing improvements based on data.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on on‑page SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical skills for keyword research, search‑intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
