Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide on‑site after‑sales support for CNC machine tools. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining both electrical and mechanical components to ensure optimal machine performance for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machine tools.
• Diagnose faults using electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder diagrams.
• Conduct signal point checks, fault tracing, precision recovery, and machine leveling.
• Handle common faults on major CNC systems such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Siemens.
• Calibrate equipment and restore machining accuracy to required standards.
• Assist with PLC‑related troubleshooting and communication issues between control system components.
• Communicate effectively with customers and deliver timely service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma (or higher) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in CNC machine tool maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting control circuits.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
