Service Parts & Material Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Service Parts & Material Coordinator to join our team in Subotica. The role ensures that service, repair and production orders have the right components available on time, supporting smooth workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain service and repair production orders in the ERP system with accurate technical data, material information, quantities, priorities and deadlines.
• Plan and control material requirements for service, repair and production activities, guaranteeing component availability.
• Monitor material availability, open requirements and order progress, identifying shortages and potential impacts.
• Maintain data integrity in the system by regularly reviewing and correcting inconsistencies.
• Track order status throughout the end‑to‑end process and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
• Follow up on missing, delayed or critical parts with Procurement, Warehouse, Suppliers and internal supply functions.
• Coordinate the flow of spare parts, repair components and production materials for workshop operations.
• Review material shortages, define priorities and initiate corrective actions with operational departments.
• Align planned execution dates with actual material availability, production capacity and operational constraints.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of ERP systems, with strong practical knowledge of SAP.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• University degree.
• Proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
• High level of reliability and accuracy in handling orders, data and deadlines.
