Site Activation – Future Roles (Serbia)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking professionals to support site activation activities in Serbia. The role involves ensuring high‑quality deliverables at the country level, complying with project timelines, and supporting continuous improvement of the Site Start‑Up process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality outputs for site activation, following project requirements and local regulations with oversight from the SSU Country Manager.
• Track and report milestone progress in real time, investigate delays, propose contingency plans, and escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of projects, including hours and tasks per contract, and raise discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain training records, and guarantee timesheet accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of all SSU components, such as submissions, essential document collection, and communication with competent authorities.
• Submit relevant documents to the Trial Master File according to company and sponsor requirements.
• Perform specific functions such as Local Submissions Specialist, Country Start‑Up Advisor, Local Site ID and Feasibility Support, and Investigator Contract and Budget Negotiator, depending on project needs.
