Site Activation Specialist – Future Roles (Serbia)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking qualified professionals to support site activation activities in Serbia. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality deliverables at the country level, complying with project timelines, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality site‑start‑up outputs, following project requirements and Serbian regulations with oversight from the SSU Country Manager.
• Track submission and approval milestones in real time, investigate delays, propose contingency plans, and escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of projects, including contract hours and tasks, and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions, keep training records current, and ensure timesheet accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of all Site Start‑Up components, such as submissions, essential document collection, and communications with Competent Authorities and Ethics Committees.
• Prepare and submit local regulatory applications (EC, RA, hospital approvals), manage amendments, and handle safety notifications as required.
• Act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads, overseeing end‑to‑end site activation at the country level.
