Site Contracts Specialist (Spanish speaking required)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist with Spanish language proficiency to manage contract processes for clinical trial sites. The role involves coordinating agreements, budgets, and documentation across multi‑country projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes, including coordination with protocols, investigators, vendors, and customers.
• Lead multi‑country projects, negotiate contracts and budgets, and produce site‑specific agreements from country templates.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and maintain metadata.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations to resolve contractual and budgetary issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on SOPs and ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with contract management and negotiation processes.
