Site Contracts Specialist (Spanish speaking required)

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist will manage contract processes for clinical trial sites, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and compliance with internal and sponsor requirements. Spanish language proficiency is required to support multi‑country projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes, coordinating protocol, consent, investigator, vendor, and customer agreements at the project level.
• Lead multi‑country projects, negotiate and prepare contracts and budgets, and support submissions and resolutions with sponsors.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and maintain metadata in repositories.
• Track contract milestones in the SSU system and ensure compliance with forecasting timelines.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations to resolve contractual and budgetary issues.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes (Phases II‑IV).
• Project management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
