Site Payment Lead – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

The Site Payment Lead will coordinate site payment activities across multiple clinical studies, ensuring timely and accurate payments to investigator sites. This remote position serves projects in Serbia, Poland or Hungary and requires strong ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for site payment queries on assigned studies.
• Collaborate with Project Leadership, Global Site Contracts, eClinical Business Implementation, and Clinical Operations to gather information needed for payment processing.
• Represent the Site Payment team in study start‑up and payment strategy meetings.
• Lead audits and inspections related to payment processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Parexel SOPs, operational guidelines, and work instructions.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as timesheets, metrics, and expense reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and present payment data to stakeholders.
• Train team members and drive process‑efficiency initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end site payments, authorize study setups, and resolve escalated help‑desk issues.
• Support project status reporting and ensure compliance with contractual payment timelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in site payment management within clinical trials.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of clinical trial budgeting and payment processes.
