About the role

B2Spin is looking for a passionate Social Media Community Specialist to become the voice of the brand. You will nurture vibrant online communities, spark engaging conversations, and turn players into loyal fans across our social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2Spin’s presence on all social media channels, ensuring content is fresh, on‑brand, and engaging.
• Monitor, respond to, and moderate community interactions to maintain a positive player environment.
• Identify trends, sentiment, and community insights to shape content and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and community‑driven initiatives.
• Track and report on key community metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Act as the bridge between players and internal teams, ensuring feedback is heard and acted upon.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels and online communities, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a talent for on‑brand storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to spot trends and translate community sentiment into meaningful insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally distributed team.
• Genuine passion for gaming and player experience.
