About the role

As the Social Media Strategy & Operations Lead, you will head a dynamic team of social media specialists, shaping and executing long‑term strategies that amplify Constructor Knowledge’s brand across multiple platforms. You will promote Constructor University and other educational entities while ensuring brand consistency, fostering engagement, and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communication to integrate social media with broader campaigns.
• Oversee social media activities for the university and partner educational organisations.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of young social media specialists.
• Define tone of voice, corporate style, and branding across all platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars and multimedia campaigns.
• Engage online communities, respond to inquiries, and cultivate conversations.
• Partner with influencers and thought leaders in education and technology.
• Analyse metrics, report insights, and optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
